Hotel Boutique Casareyna Puebla, Puebla

The hotel has a lovely aesthetic and spacious, clean rooms that provide a good level of comfort. However, the service left much to be desired, with staff often seeming indifferent. While the restaurant offered nice dining options, the lack of indoor heating and comfortable outdoor seating diminished the overall experience. On the bright side, the hotel has potential with some improvements to guest areas and service.
